After Sanjay Dutt, now Salman Khan to appear in Court tomorrow

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan returned to Mumbai early on Sunday morning after his health check-up in United States to attend his hearing in the blackbuck poaching case.
Khan, who was expected to attend the court proceedings regarding the blackbuck case in Jodhpur on March 23, was exempted from the hearing on medical grounds.

Khan has been charged under Section 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act, while others under Section 52 of the Act and Section 149 (unlawful assembly) of the IPC.
A complaint was filed against Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu and Sonali Bendre on charges of being involved in hunting of protected blackbucks.
The actors were accused of poaching two blackbucks in Kankani village near Jodhpur in October 1998.
The blackbuck shooting case dates back to 1998 during the shooting of the film Hum Saath Saath Hain.
